Description

The accommodation unit , which was built in 2015 provides 6 completely furnished and modern rooms ( 19-22 m²).

All-inclusive features:

  • Parking lot in front of the house
  • Towels and bed linen
  • Regularly cleaning of the common rooms

    • Guest Access

    A fully equipped and homely kitchen as well as 2 daylight bathrooms and a separate toilet can be used by all guests.

    Interaction with Guests

    During your stay you share the 200m² apartment on the ground floor with up to 6 other guests. Of course every room can be locked separately.

    The apartment is located in the heart of Ailingen, the biggest district of Friedrichshafen. – From this point you have the ideal starting point as well for your business - as for your leisure activities.

    We are offering free parking spaces in front of the house. Several bus stops with 4 different lines take you in all directions.

    Other Things to Note

    The trade fair of Friedrichshafen is close to your accommodation - about 30 minutes walking distance/ 2,3 kilometers. The transfer by car will take about 6 minutes.
